The marquee is lit, the stage is set, and you're on the guest list. This December, ATD Los Angeles is taking over a Hollywood playhouse for an 80th anniversary celebration that's part premiere, part game show, and all about the people who make LA's learning community shine.
Picture it: a night in the heart of Hollywood, just steps from the Walk of Fame, with the colleagues who get what you do. Then the house lights dim, and the games begin.

Step into the spotlight as Grin Events brings your favorite TV game shows to life on stage.
Buzz in for Jeopardy, spin for Wheel of Fortune, and huddle with your team for Family Feud, with a few L&D questions mixed in to see who really knows their stuff. Bragging rights are on the line.

ACORN's hands-on workshop takes an honest look at why development plans, skills frameworks, and one-on-ones often don't build real capability. You'll score yourself on the spot, walk through a worked example of an AI competency mapped by role and proficiency, and draft a capability line for a role you own. You'll leave with a 90-day plan and benchmarks from more than 1,200 organizations to measure against.
