Come join us to learn insights from  their interviews as to what it will take to lead in the new economy,

Paul De Young, Ph.D.

Paul De Young leads Towers Watson’s Talent Management Consulting Practice in the Southwest.  He has 25 years of business and consulting experience. Paul has a broad Human Capital background and his areas of expertise include: workforce measurement and analytics, organization design, employee survey research, workforce planning, instructional design, competency modeling, and process improvement.  A representative list of his clients include: Nestle, United Nations, The Walt Disney Company, Salem Hospital, Verizon, Hewlett Packard, McDonald’s, Toyota, Yamaha Motorsports, Freightliner, ISS, Apollo Group, University of California, MGM Mirage and Rockwell Collins. 

Paul received his Ph.D. and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego and holds a BA in Psychology and a BS in Biology from the University of California, Irvine.  Paul is co-author of "Measuring Organizational Improvement Impact,” and has written several articles in professional journals and trade magazines.  Professional affiliations include the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and the Human Resources Planning Society.
