The Coaching Tune-up: Developing and Refining Your Coaching Skills
Want to turbo-charge your coaching skills?
Novices sometimes think a certificate and a cheerleader attitude is enough to qualify them as a coach. More experienced coaches, however, typically have a more humble attitude and appreciate how much goes into becoming really good at it. And, coaching in an organization adds an extra set of complexities and political challenges to be managed.
This will be a hands-on session. Participants will get a coaching refresher and also have opportunities to practice their coaching skills.
