The Association for Talent Development - Los Angeles Organization Development Special Division invites you to a presentation:

The Role of Trust in Building Organizational Culture with Cris Hagen

When:Thursday, January 22, 2015, 6:30pm - 9:00pm

Where: The office of Wimer Associates, 201 Wilshire Blvd. Santa Monica, CA 90401. The meeting will be held in the "A" level conference room downstairs. The most convenient parking is in the 2nd St Parking Structure between Wilshire and Arizona. ($1 for 2.5 hours)

What is the role of "Trust" in building a culture of employee engagement and commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values? And what are the elements of "Trust" that can be acted upon to build, or to rebuild trust? When an organization's culture has been impacted by reductions in force, reorganizations, off-shoring of key resources, and chances in leadership, what can be done to rebuild trust in the vision and strategy?

This workshop will explore the key elements of trust and engage workshop participants in discussions and how trust is built, how it is undermined, and whether and how it can be rebuilt. We've all encountered problems with trust in our work and personal relationships. Come prepared to share your own thoughts and hear the ideas of others on the crucial element in any relationship.
