Taking Your Behaviors to Work

Join ATD-LA at May's exciting chapter meeting featuring Dr. Kimberly Shediak!

Our own high-performance and ability to sustain professional growth depends on our ability to self-diagnose, self-start, and self-correct our own behaviors. However, the key to success is not just about knowing yourself, but about knowing your people. Do you know how your behavior or your employees’ behaviors drive outcomes at work? Do you know how your choices position you for career acceleration? Learn more about yourself and the foundation for self-coaching and team coaching at a deeper, more human level.

SPECIAL OFFER: Attendees are encouraged to take the PI (The Predictive Index®) assessment prior to the workshop so that they can utilize their results in the workshop. Please opt in when registering for this event if you wish to take the PI.

Like you, leadership expert and business strategist Dr. Kimberly Shediak (aka Dr. K) has seen the word leadership defined numerous ways over the years. Is it charisma and positive thinking? Is it power, confidence and a million followers on Twitter? Is it power suits and pencil skirts? Is it only for the mere few that rise to the top? Or, is it something else altogether?

With over 15 years of education and real-world, down-and-dirty, in-the-trenches business experience, her view is radically different. Dr. K believes leadership is a choice that has nothing to do with position, title or tenure. Leadership is a lifestyle.

Dr. K has served as a management, marketing and selling consultant for over a decade. She specializes in behavioral science and utilizes The Predictive Index® suite of workplace analytics tools to turnaround organizations and help companies with hiring, selecting and onboarding, keeping employees engaged, developing teams, recognizing future leaders, and overcoming sales slumps.

Coming straight from the office with no time to eat? Don't worry - pizza will be available for all attendees! Let us know your slice preference when registering.Location: Antioch University Los Angeles 400 Corporate Pointe, Room C1020, Culver City, CA 90230
