Lessons from a Recovering Perfectionist - Learn the Keys to Stepping into More!

Performance and Workshop

Do you find yourself exhausted from continually going above and beyond with your clients, family, and friends?

Do you let other people’s opinions of you drive you?

Do you find it difficult to say “no”?

Do you feel like you are stuck wearing a mask so people won’t discover the real you?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be a member of the Perfectionist club. You might consider revoking your membership to this draining club! If you know and work with people who resemble these questions, do you want to better understand them and be more effective at working with them?

There is a vast difference between being a Perfectionist and striving to be your best. It is the difference between burnout and misery versus leading a fulfilling and productive life.

Come join Rachel Karu as she performs sections from her book (yes – she will also sing!) and introduce you to 3 keys to Stepping into More –Know Thyself, Steer, the Fear, and Dance with Vulnerability. This is powerful information for us as well as our clients.

Praise for Stepping Into More:

Anyone who has ever suffered from ‘I am not           enough’ syndrome can take heart and learn from (Rachel Karu’s) wisdom and guidance here.  Fabulous!”

Chellie Campbell, author, “The Wealthy Spirit” & “Zero to Zillionaire”

About Rachel

After earning an MS in Counseling for Business, becoming a certified coach, and building a successful company, Rachel’s quest for an authentic, inspired life led her to confront her “perfectionist gremlins,” reignite her passion for singing, and write her book – Stepping into More: Lessons from a Recovering Perfectionist.

A sought-after coach, keynote speaker (who sings!) and corporate trainer, Rachel’s clients include Disney/ABC, Fox Studios, Raytheon, Allergan, City of Pasadena, Didi Hirsch Mental Health, Philips, Tenet Healthcare, and the U.S. Navy.

Rachel thrives on supporting clients to experience personal and professional transformation by focusing on reflection and results!

Prior to launching RAE Development, Rachel served as HR Manager at EMI Music Distribution and the Manager of Organization Development and Training at Easton Sports, Inc.
